CHRISTOPHER STEEL, CISSP,ISSAP is the Chief Solutions Architect at Software AG and was recently the Chief Architect on the U.S. Treasury’s Pay.gov project. He has over 16 years experience in distributed Enterprise computing with a strong focus on application security, patterns, and methodologies. Some of his clients include the U.S. Navy, Raytheon, Fleet, CVS Pharmacy, Nextel, Verizon, AOL, KPMG, MCI, and GTE. He presents regularly at local and industry conferences on topics of security.

Ramesh Nagappan

RAMESH NAGAPPAN, CISSP, CISA, CRISC is a Cyber Security Technologist at Oracle Corporation (Formerly Sun Microsystems), he specializes in technologies related to Information Security, Hardware Assisted Cryptography, Java Cryptography, Secure Cloud computing architectures for building Mission-critical Enterprise applications, and Identity Management. Previously, he worked on different roles as part of JavaSoft involved with Java Security development and Sun Java Center Consulting practice for large-scale enterprise customers. He has authored/co-authored five popular books and contributed several articles on topics related to Java, J2EE, EAI, XML Web Services and Security. He is an active contributor to Java open-source application development and XML industry standard initiatives for Identity Management. He frequently speaks at industry conferences and expert-panels related to Java, XML and Security. His current technology focus is on Information Security, Secure Cloud Infrastructure, Cryptographic Applications, Identity & Access Management and integration of Strong authentication technologies like PKI, Smart cards and Biometrics.
